By using VisiOps AI, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorized to create or manage a company workspace.

1. Service Scope

VisiOps AI provides observability, AI log analysis, cloud cost visibility, alerting, reporting and optimization recommendations.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and billing information.
• Use secure cloud credentials with least-privilege permissions.
• Ensure logs uploaded to the system comply with internal policies and applicable laws.
• Review AI recommendations before taking production actions.

3. Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed through an authorized payment provider.

4. Acceptable Use

The platform may not be used for illegal activity, unauthorized access, credential abuse, malware activity or violation of third-party rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

AI-generated suggestions and cost estimates are advisory. Customers remain responsible for validating changes before applying them to production infrastructure.

6. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, abuse, security risk or violation of these terms.
