VisiOps AI processes account, workspace, cloud integration, billing, notification and log data to provide observability, AI log analysis, FinOps reporting and infrastructure optimization services.
The company operating VisiOps AI acts as the data controller for account and service data. Customer companies remain responsible for the data they choose to send into their workspaces.
Data is processed to create accounts, provide the dashboard, isolate company workspaces, generate AI recommendations, send alerts, process payments, secure the service and comply with legal obligations.
Each company workspace is isolated by company identifier. Logs, reports, cloud settings, billing state and notifications are designed to be shown only to the active company workspace.
Account and service data are retained for as long as the account remains active or as required by legal, tax, security and dispute-resolution obligations. Customers may request deletion or export through the application.
Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes. Session cookies use HTTP-only protection. Production mode supports secure cookies, HTTPS headers and reverse proxy deployment.
For privacy requests, use the export/delete tools inside your account or contact the VisiOps AI support team.
